This option provides companies using electronic, digital images with a simple means to pay a pre-determined amount for usage. A comments box provides a location for the client to identify specifics of the intended use (see below) which confirm information already exchanged between DDB Stock Photography and the client regarding usage and price. Click the PayPal button to begin on-line payment.
We accept purchase orders, phone invoice requests and e-mail invoice requests for all images physically sent out as consignments of transparemcies in the traditional, pre-Internet manner or digitally. DDB Stock Photography, LLC expects to receive purchase orders or requests for invoice prior to publication so any pricing issues can be worked out before a client fully commits to use an image. We do this to protect our clients from potential copyright infringement and to provide negotiating time before a project goes to press. However, it is understood that pricing should have been worked out prior to submission and selection.
Purchase orders should minimally include:
- The name or job number of the project
- The name, address and phone number of the contact person
- The print run of the product to be created and distributed (usually press run)
- The language(s) the project will be reproduced in (usually English)
- The geographic area the product will be sold and used in (US, North America, World)
For every image leased for editorial use, we absolutely must know:
- Reproduction size (1/4 page, 1/2 page, 3/4 page, Full Page, Page and ½, Double Page)
- Placement (cover, back cover, chapter opener, interior, TOC)
- Caption on image
- Name of the copyright holder
Wire transfer is a cost effective way to send funds internationally. Please find complete information below to execute a wire transfer to DDB Stock Photography. Wire transfers should take place only after an e-mail or other correspondence has been sent noting mutually agreed upon use, pricing, image caption/number and copyright holder when possible.
